Located in West Seneca, Little Squirts Speech Therapy is a small Speech and Language Clinic offering private pay services. I believe that my clients deserve the best care, and I make an effort to make sure you always feel welcome and at ease.

Owner / Speech-language pathologist
I am a NYS licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Pediatrics. After graduating with a master of science in communication disorders and sciences from The State University of New York at Fredonia, I went to work for a private agency providing Early Intervention and Preschool services. In August 2016 my first son was born. I returned to work part-time but by the end of the year I was convinced that I wanted to be home with my son every day. I decided to take the next year off from work. As amazing as it was staying home with my son, I was missing my other passion in life - working with children to meet their speech and language goals. Was it possible to have it all? It was time to open my own private practice.
Since opening, we've added 2 more children to our family. I'm now the mom to two beautiful boys and a little girl! With the being said, I understand family life. Most nights are spent with no sleep and days are busy as we try to provide everything a growing family needs. At Little Squirts Speech Therapy, we relate to the daily struggles of families and we pride ourselves on being a relaxing, family oriented place where you can feel comfortable bringing your children. Since I run my clinic out of my home, you will surely hear my own children running around (or yelling) upstairs. Come join our family!
At Little Squirts Speech Therapy, each child is provided personalized therapy from me, Nicole E. LoBianco, a NYS licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. I will work with your family to set individualized goals that address all of your speech and language concerns.

What Does A Speech-Language Pathologist Do?
How Long Do You Need To See My Child?
Therapy sessions are offered in 30 minute intervals. You can choose either 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. The last 5 minutes of each session are saved to provide caregivers with an update on progress and carryover activities. After the initial intake, I will make recommendations as to the length and frequency of services but it is ultimately your decision to decide what works best for your family. Children will be dismissed from therapy when they meet all of their speech and language goals.
